"If you're there on time you're 15 minutes late"
- Sam

Sami Ngo is a Certified Physician Assistant raised in Las Vegas by first generation Chinese immigrant parents. She graduated in 2012 with a Master’s of Physician Assistant from Quinnipiac University.

After spending several years working in outpatient internal medicine in Connecticut and family medicine in San Francisco, she is now back home in Las Vegas working in urgent care. She hates the heat but loves being close to her family. She enjoys the flexibility and unpredictability of urgent care but her true passion is preventive medicine and primary care.

Sam met her husband in a hostel in Cartagena, Colombia 8 years ago and since then they have travelled to over 30 different countries. They are currently raising their two little boys to be trilingual and multicultural (American, Australian, Chinese and Russian).

Sam's true passion in life is to empower others to rise above their circumstances, dream big, and change the world.

"On time is on time."
- Erin

Erin Lystad is a Certified Physician Assistant raised in the Pacific Northwest. She is a 2012 graduate of Quinnipiac University Master’s of Physician Assistant program and for the past 8 years she has been practicing in Washington state. She has experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Practice and is currently Lead PA-C at a men’s prison for the Washington State Dept. of Corrections.

"I feel fortunate to be able to make a difference in the lives of incarcerated people caught in the cycle of the criminal justice system. Establishing therapeutic relationships with my patients is my biggest priority and after many years, I can see it finally paying off. I celebrate big and small health and wellness victories with my patients; for many, knowing that even one person is invested in their health makes all the difference in the world."

During her free time, Erin enjoys spending time at the beach with her friends, her dog, Bianca and her cat Harry, who is the unofficial mayor of her community. Prior to Covid she loved to travel but now focuses on her flower garden, yoga and making delicious cocktails. She also loves spending time with her nieces and nephews.
