THE HAPPY PA ACADEMY
The Happy PA Academy is a one-on-one coaching program we are offering to new graduate Physician Assistants. We have developed a 5-course comprehensive curriculum to help new grad PA’s tackle the tough stuff that comes with starting your new PA career, including interviewing, finding confidence and developing work/life balance. We provide feedback and guidance on resumes, contracts and even walk you through how to answer those tough clinical questions that come up during interviews. Allow Sam and Erin to review your unique needs and circumstances and tailor a program to maximize your success.
What’s included in each session?
- 60 minutes with either Erin or Sam
- Sessions are tailored to your specific needs
- Sessions are recorded via Zoom and the audio is sent to you immediately afterwards for you to keep and review
- A short document highlighting everything that was covered during the session will be emailed to you
What should I expect?
Before scheduling any sessions, potential clients will be asked to complete our screening process to make sure we are able to customize each session to meet your specific needs and requirements.
Next, we ask all our clients to complete an Onboarding Form. This form allows us to get to know EVERYTHING there is to know about you before we start our sessions. We use this tool to teach you how to market yourself during an interview and help you negotiate your salary. We require our clients to complete this form prior to your first scheduled session in order to maximize the amount of information we cover during your 60 minutes of one-on-one time.

- Tips and strategies to prepare for interviews, including mock interview sessions
- How to read and understand a contract before signing and get feedback on current contract offers
- Effective negotiating techniques to maximize your salary and compensation package
- Finding your confidence as a new medical provider
- Managing student loan debt and the keys to financial freedom
How are the sessions priced?
- 1 session for $200
- 3 sessions for $500
